About Jeffrey Arnold

I, the aformentioned Jeffrey Arnold, am full stack data scientist and machine learning engineer. I enabling better business decisions by humans and machines on behalf of humans using data and causal inference.

I currently work atLaunchDarklyas a data scientist on the experimentation platform.

Previously, I worked for three years atInstacart as a senior machine learning engineer on the economics team and as a senior data scientist on the ads and fulfilment teams.

Prior to that, I was an assistant professor of political science at the University of Washington and the core faculty at the Center for Statistics and Social Scientists, and an instructor of political science at Emory University. I received my PhD in Political Science from from University of Rochester.

Prior to my PhD, I worked in the money and payments research group at the the Federal Reserve Bank of New York where I studied systemic financial risk in payment systems.
